AutoSizer provides image processing, resizing, and optimization services for e-commerce platforms and general use. Our services include:

- AI-powered smart cropping and optimization
- Platform-specific image formatting (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
- Batch processing capabilities
- Cloud storage and delivery
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person or business entity
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
Account Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses

AutoSizer and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoSizer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Payment Terms
Billing
- Free tier includes 10 image processes per month
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
Payment Processing
- Payments processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize automatic billing for subscription services
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Technical issues or security concerns
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Force majeure events beyond our control
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
